HOW CAN I EXTEND MY CANDLE LIFE?

  • The first time you light your candle allow the entire surface to be melted & allow the candle to burn for at least 2-3 hours.

  • Trim your wick after use.

  • Keep the wax clear of any wick debris.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Overseas shipping will start in 2021. Exact start date will be announced at a later date.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

At the Vahnesa's View., all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.  We do not do exchanges at this time.

  • In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at vahnesasview.com for further details.

CAN I PERSONALIZE MY CANDLE?

We love personalizing candles. We can customize by coloring the wax or creating personalizing dust covers or labels for candle covers. Customization fees may apply.

IS THIS BOX GREEN FRIENDLY?

  • ReUse the cloth covering to wipe away dust or use it as a drawer liner.

  • ReUse the measuring cup for cooking. Make sure to wipe away over wax residue with a napkin then wash thoroughly.

  • ReUse the candle jar to store food or small items like safety pins, car change, or rubber bands.
